The first recipe - ultimate hot dog














Ultimate hot dog:

Hebrew beef frank
sprouted barley bread
fried onion, leek and garlic

I chopped up the veggies and fried in olive oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes, I threw in the frank about halfway through.
Seasoned with crushed red pepper, topped with mustard and ketchup.
Yogurt and honey for dessert - yummy.
